The Matriarch of the Patil family, Sushilabai’s inspiring energy and entrepreneurial spirit has been the driving force of Santosh Dhaba since the kitchen opened its doors in 1969. Her insistence on using authentic homestyle recipes and her eagle eye on ingredients and quality earned Santosh Dhaba the goodwill of the Hyderabadi community.
